By accessing or using the services, programs, or website of Sportto Soccer Club, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Eligibility
Participation in Sportto Soccer Club’s programs is open to individuals of all ages. However, minors must have permission and registration completed by a parent or legal guardian.
3. Code of Conduct
All members, players, parents, and staff are expected to demonstrate sportsmanship, respect, and discipline on and off the field. Any misconduct, abuse, or violation of academy values may result in suspension or removal from the program without refund.
4. Registration and Fees
Enrollment in our programs is confirmed only after full payment of fees. Fee structures are subject to change and are non-refundable unless specified under our refund policy.
5. Health & Safety
Players must provide accurate health information during registration. Participation in physical activities is at your own risk. Sportto Soccer Club will take reasonable precautions but is not liable for unforeseen injuries.
6. Intellectual Property
All training content, media, branding, and materials are the intellectual property of Sportto Soccer Club and may not be reused or reproduced without prior written permission.
7. Use of Media
By enrolling, you grant us permission to use photos, videos, or testimonials captured during training sessions or events for promotional purposes, unless you notify us in writing otherwise.
8. Website Usage
You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. Any attempt to hack, misuse, or interfere with the functionality of the site will result in legal action.
9. Modifications
Sportto Soccer Club reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under Indian jurisdiction.
